Vote on Amendments to RoP 2024

Dear ASAF Members,

The ASAF Statutes and Rules of Procedure (RoP) have been effective since their adoption and publication in 2022. They have been used in Board, Co-Ambassadors, and Committee on Mobility Programme, Diversity and Inclusion (CMPDI) elections, as well as in regulating ASAF governing bodies and members over the past two years.

The Internal Affairs Task Force, in consultation with the ASAF Board and members, has decided to propose a few amendments for voting and approval at the upcoming Annual General Forum in Benin. These suggested amendments aim to ensure efficient governance of ASAF.

Please review the ASAF Rules of Procedure again. The current text in the RoP is highlighted in red, and the suggested amendments are in blue to help you understand and cast your vote.

All members are obliged to vote on the following amended articles (3.4.4, 8.2, 8.5, 13.4) with a yes or no vote to the text.

To cast your vote, please follow the link below. Note that you will need to be logged into your community portal profile to vote.
