The Intra-ACP Academic Mobility Scheme – Scholarship Holders’ Impact Survey was conducted between December 2018 – January 2019 with the aim to “evaluate the implementation of the Intra- ACP Academic Mobility Scheme, the experience and satisfaction of the scholarship holders, as well as the impact on individuals who benefitted from the Mobility Scheme.” (EACEA)

In the framework of the survey, implemented in the form of a questionnaire, EACEA collected more than 900 replies representing 53% of all 1741 scholarship holders funded under the programme.

Most respondents valued very positively their mobility experience, not only from an academic and professional point of view, but also from a personal development perspective. Moreover, several challenges that need to be addressed were identified, from gender imbalance to recognition issues.
