We, the ASAF Board, invite all ASAF members to express their interest in attending this 4th AGF by filling out the below form. The AGF will be held in Cotonou, Benin Republic from 6 to 8 September 2024.

• Application deadline: 17 May, at 00:00 CEST
• Selection period: 18 to 30 May 2024;
• Results: 31 May 2024.

Your motivation, the active role you wish to play in this AGF, and the diversity criteria will be applied. Candidates who have not participated in previous AGFs are strongly encouraged to apply.

If you are selected as a fully funded participant, you will be contacted by the Erasmus+ Support Service Team via email to register. Kindly check your email regularly (including your spam folder) and register within the stipulated timeline that will be given by the Erasmus+ Support Service Team. Failure to do so will result in your invitation being extended to another participant.
